Website & inquiry information
Privacy policy
Last updated: October 23, 2026
This policy describes how VZone Development handles information through this website’s contact forms and guided project brief.
Information you provide
When you contact us, we receive the details you submit, such as your name, email, business name, website, project requirements and permission to respond. The guided brief can also include your phone number, budget, schedule and other project answers. Please avoid sending passwords, payment details or other sensitive information through these forms.
How inquiries are used and stored
We use submitted details to review your inquiry, contact you and discuss or manage your project. Inquiries are stored in our application database. When email notifications are enabled, submitted details are also sent to VZone’s configured inquiry mailbox through its email provider. Contractor-page inquiries are labeled with their page source.
The website uses request IP addresses to apply submission rate limits and reduce spam. Application records include submission identifiers, timestamps and notification status. Hosting and email systems may also process technical request and delivery information as part of operating the service.
Drafts and browser storage
The guided project brief saves a draft on the server after you provide contact consent. It keeps an opaque draft identifier, private access token and revision in your browser’s session storage so you can resume in the same tab. Draft access expires after 30 days. Closing the tab clears the tab’s session storage; it does not itself delete a submitted inquiry or server draft.
Cookies and measurement
The site’s private administrator login uses a session cookie. The contractor page does not add advertising or analytics services, and its consultation form does not send your entered details to analytics. Links to other websites are subject to those websites’ own privacy practices.
Retention and privacy requests
Submitted inquiries and project records remain in our business systems for follow-up and project administration. To ask about information you provided, request a correction or request deletion, contact VZone using the email below. We may need to verify the request and consider any applicable recordkeeping obligations before acting. Do not include sensitive identity documents in your initial email.
